Ingredients

FiorFiore Multi-Cake/FiorFiore Multi-Cake Yogurt 1100g

Eggs 450g

Sunflower seed oil 400g

Ground Cinnamon 5g

Martini Gelato Banana Paste 30g

Ripe Bananas 500g

Preparation

Step1

Pour all the ingredients into a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment and mix for 4 minutes at medium speed.

Step2

Transfer the mixture into the plumcake molds.

Step3

Bake at 170°C (338°F) for 35 minutes (320g mold).
