Ingredients

FiorFiore soft Sponge Cake 1000g

Eggs 900g

Water 200g

Preparation

BASE DOUGH

Step1

Place the eggs and water into a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment. Add SOFT SPONGE CAKE and mix at the first speed until a homogeneous batter is obtained.

Step2

Whip at maximum speed for approximately 15 minutes.

ROLLE'

Step1

Pour to the desired thickness onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Step2

Bake in the oven at 220°C (428°F) for 5 minutes.
