Ingredients

Fiorfiore crackers 1000g

Water 450 g

Extra Virgin Olive Oil 100 g

Brewer's yeast 40 g

Preparation

Step1

Mix the ingredients for about 4 minutes at high speed and 6 minutes at low speed.

Step2

Shape the dough into a loaf measuring 10x2 cm without applying tension, grease the surface with extra virgin olive oil, and let it rest covered with a plastic sheet for about 90-100 minutes at room temperature.

Step3

Cut into small strips and shape.

Step4

Stretch into thin breadsticks and place them on perforated 60x40 cm baking trays.

Step5

Bake in the oven at 180-200°C (356-392°F) with the vent open for 15 minutes without steam.
