Brunella CROK Sueño as needed

Step1

Pour the water and the FruttUP! Raspberry base into a pitcher.

Step2

Mix for 2 minutes and churn.

Step3

During extraction, ripple with Brunella CROK Sueño.

Step4

Place the gelato tray in the blast chiller for 10 minutes at -30°C.
