Gran Mora Naked Cake

Gran Mora Sponge Cake

240g Flour

5g Baking Powder

5g Baking Soda

150g Butter

300g Icing Sugar

5g Salt

180g Eggs

200g Gran Mora

120g Sunflower Oil

120g Philadelphia

100g Milk

200g Espresso Coffee

Gran Mora Cream

300g Cream

300g Gran Mora

300g Cream

Preparation

Gran Mora Sponge Cake

Step1

Sift together in a bowl flour and Baking powder.

Step2

Combine together in a jug Gran mora, sunflower oil, Philadelphia, milk and espresso coffee.

Step3

In the microwave soften the butter then transfer in the planetary machine bowl add sugar and salt then whip it

Step4

After a couple of minutes add one by one eggs whip untill they are perfectly combined.

Step5

With the mixer on low speed, add a third of the flour mixture followed by half of the liquid mix.

Step6

Continue alternating between the flour, and liquid mix until combined.

Step7

Pour the batter into the oiled cake pans.

Step8

Pour 250 grams of mix in a oiled 18 Cm baking pan.

Step9

Bake at 170°C for 20 Min.

Gran Mora Cream

Step1

Heat the cream to around 60°C, then combine it with the Gran Mora.

Step2

Add the remaining cold cream and mix well.

Step3

Refrigerate overnight before using.

Assembling

Step1

Pipe in the middle of every cake sponge the Gran Mora Frosting Cream.

Step2

Than Cover the cake with whipping cream Decorate with Gran Mora cream, chocolate custard cream and whipping cream.
