Multigrain Focaccia

Ingredients

FiorFiore Supreme 5 Cereals 1000g

Water 400g

Brewer's yeast 30g

Extra Virgin Olive Oil 100g

Preparation

Step1

Pour all the ingredients into a mixer and knead for about 10 minutes until a smooth dough is obtained.

Step2

Divide the dough into three pieces and let rest for 10 minutes. Roll out using a sheeter to form baguettes approximately 50 cm in length.

Step3

Transfer to a baking tray, sprinkle with extra virgin olive oil, and let rise for about 45 minutes.

Step4

Sprinkle the surface with Cervia salt and rosemary before baking. Bake in a fan-assisted oven at 200°C (392°F) for 12-15 minutes.
