Multigrain Grissini

Dough ingredients

FiorFiore Supreme 5 Cereals 1000g

Water 400g

Brewer's yeast20g

Extra Virgin Olive Oil 100g

Decoration ingredeients

FiorFiore Grani Decò, as needed

Preparation

Step1

Pour all the ingredients into a mixer and knead for about 10 minutes until a smooth dough is obtained.

Step2

Divide the dough into three pieces and let rest for 10 minutes. Roll out using a sheeter to form baguettes approximately 50 cm in length.

Step3

Let rest for 10 minutes, then cut into strips and roll out. Transfer to a perforated tray and let rise for about 30 minutes at 32°C.

Step4

Bake in a fan-assisted oven at 180°C (356°F) for 15 minutes. Decorate with FiorFiore Grani Decò.
