Sandwich Bread

Ingredients

Fior fiore Fiberline 1000g

Water 600g

Extra Virgin Olive Oil 20g

Brewer's yeast 30g

Preparation

Step1

Knead all the ingredients until a smooth and homogeneous dough is achieved.

Step2

Let the dough rest for 10 minutes covered with a plastic sheet, then divide it (based on the type of loaf desired), shape it into a small loaf, and place it inside the loaf pan. Spray the surface lightly with water and decorate with seeds of your choice.

Step3

Let it rise in a proofing chamber at a temperature of 30°C and 75% humidity for about 45–60 minutes.

Step4

Bake at a temperature of 200°C for approximately 35–40 minutes.

Step5

For the last 5 minutes, open the steam vents.
