Sponge Cake

Ingredients

FiorFiore Sponge Cake1000g

Eggs 600g

Water 150g

Preparation

Step1

Place the eggs and water into a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment.

Step2

Add FiorFiore Sponge Cake and mix at low speed until a homogeneous batter is obtained.

Step3

Whip at maximum speed for approximately 15 minutes.

Step4

Pour into greased molds, filling them up to 3/4 of their capacity.

Step5

Bake in the oven at 180°C (356°F) for 23-25 minutes.
