Sweet Pizza

Pizza Dough

1000g Strong Flour

600g Water

1g Fresh Yeast

20g Salt

10g Sugar

50g Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Preparation

Pizza Dough

Step1

Mix all the ingredients together at low speed for around 10 Min until having a smooth dough.

Step2

Bulk fermenting the dough at room temperature for 3 hour.

Step3

Divide in pcs of 300 grams and roll in a ball shape.

Step4

Transfer in a pizza dough container, let rest for 1 hour and transfer in fridge for 24 hour.

Step5

Take out from the fridge 1 hour before making the pizza.

Step6

Roll out the pizza giving the classic round shape , poke the dough in the middle and bake.

Step7

Bake at 350°C for a couple of minutes

Step8

Fill up the pizza with Caravella Gran Pistacchio or other flavors , decorate as you like and serve.
