Venetian Cocoa Glaze

FiorFiore La Glassa Mandorla 1000g

Water 500g

Seed Oil 100g

Cocoa 22/24 30g

Preparation

Step1

Mix all the ingredients together in a stand mixer until a uniform mixture is obtained.

Step2

Allow the glaze to rest for at least 30 minutes before use.
