This is combined with careful ingredient choice, such as our daily replenished sourdough starter, which ensures flawless flaking, significant volume, and sustained freshness. In order to satisfy the needs of all customers, from bars to bakeries, from hotels to large retailers, a variety of croissants that can be leavened as well as pre-leavened and baked are available. These croissants are also offered in different dough variations (including whole wheat and vegan), fillings, and weights.
