On a fully automated production line, by varying the ingredients and their proportions, the type of sugars used, the crystallization conditions, and the aging of the packaged product, Master Martini fondant sugar is created. By fine-tuning the product’s organoleptic and physicochemical properties, the best solutions are achieved for glazing a wide range of finished applications: Sicilian cassata, éclairs, or cream puffs.
The assortment is further enriched with products dedicated to decoration: sugar sprinkles, water-repellent powder, and powdered sugar.
