Ingredients for 15 molds

Cold milk 400 g

Cold cream 400 g

Base Semifreddo 400 g

Pasta Aromatizzante 80 g

Coating (flavor of choice), as needed.

Crumble (flavor of choice), as needed.

Step1

Pour the milk, cream, and Semifreddo Base into a chilled stand mixer and blend until smooth.

Step2

Whip the mixture in the stand mixer until properly aerated.

Step3

Flavor the semifreddo and fill the molds using a piping bag.

Step4

Insert the stick and level the surface.

Step5

Place in the blast chiller for about 30 minutes at a temperature of -35°C.

Step6

Unmold the sticks and glaze with a coating of your choice.

Step7

Decorare con Crumble of your choice.
