Method

In a small pot, meltDESSERT AL GUSTO PANNA COTTA until a homogeneous mixture is obtained,Add 200g of strawberry pulp and mix thoroughly.
Pour the mixture into single-portion molds and place in the refrigerator at +4°C for at least 3 hours.
Cut 15 fresh strawberries into small cubes and add sugar equal to 10% of their weight.
Cut the remaining strawberries in half.
Unmold the panna cotta portions onto a plate and decorate with the strawberry pulp and the small cubes.
If desired, finish with mint leaves and julienned lemon zest.
